A planning tool, provided as is.
These terms describe the V1 product currently available: a local compiler for visual briefs, not an image generation or hosting service.
Output and model results
Visual Prompt Compiler turns user-provided text into prompts, planning JSON, reference instructions, warnings, and adapter comparisons. Outputs are provided as is. We do not guarantee that a third-party model will follow an instruction, produce a lawful image, preserve identity, reproduce text, or create the same result twice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts, reference rights, model inputs, generated content, claims, trademarks, likenesses, and downstream use. Do not use the tool to violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy, publicity rights, or a model provider's terms. Do not present this tool, its adapters, or its outputs as official, endorsed, or authorized by any model provider.
No hosted content
V1 does not upload, process, or host reference images or generated media. A reference field describes how a user plans to use an image after leaving this tool.
Model names and affiliation
Seedream, BytePlus, Gemini, Nano Banana, and other model or company names belong to their respective owners. Visual Prompt Compiler is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers. Adapter pages summarize documented interfaces and clearly state their source boundary.
Changes and availability
Adapter behavior may change when official model documentation changes. We may revise, remove, or mark an adapter as unverified. The tool may be unavailable or contain errors, and users should review every compiled result before production use. V1 is offered free of charge, but we do not promise that any feature, limit, or free availability will continue.
Prohibited use and enforcement
Do not use the tool to create or facilitate illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content. We may restrict access, remove features, or discontinue the service when necessary to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or operational risk.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the site operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal claim, contact the operator and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction over the operator unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
